Un tipico problema di file java (multipiattaforma quindi) creati sotto windows che, quando li lanci sotto linux, danno problemi per il codice di terminazione che aggiunge windows.
Per risolverlo basta eleiminare quel terminatore:
sed -i -e ‘s/\r//g’ nomefile.sh
